Truth.
[trooth]
–noun
1. the true or actual state of a matter:
2. conformity with fact or reality; verity: the truth of a statement.
3. a verified or indisputable fact, proposition, principle, or the like: mathematical truths.
fact, veracity, sincerity, candor, frankness, precision, exactness.
Nice definition sure. I just can't get past the thought that everything is subjective, Two people could see the same event but when it is filtered through there experiences and there understanding it will appear to them differently.
Does truth exist, or is it just perceived notion of fact?
I'm sure there are times when truth happens, like maths. 1 + 1 = 2 That is a constant it will never change. It will always be true. So maybe it is just when words and emotions are involved. I + love + you = Who even knows! Having said that I know Jesus is true and part of my experience with him is words and emotions. So maybe it is just people who fail. We can't step back for five minutes in our lives to work out not only what we believe but if what we believe is true.
So not only am on on a mission to find trust, I'm starting a hunt for truth.. Who knows what I'm going to find.
