If I Knew How.

How do we get trust.

So I guess this is stumping me on two levels at the moment. One how do we get people to trust us and two, what is it that makes us trust a person?
I feel like I'm trustworthy. I mean I can keep a secret - you wouldn't believe the things I know. But there is more to it than things like secret keeping right? How is it that we come to trust someone? Is it because they are always around or because they don't ever let us down. Is it that whenever we need someone they come, that they keep secrets?

So if it is like that how do we expect someone to be all of those things? And when they let us down and break our trust is that it?? I dunno. I do know that Jesus is the only person who will never break our trust. But that doesn't  mean we shouldn't trust right? I need to forgive faster, trust in thing more wholeheartedly.

Maybe it's about being selfless and honest and a person of integrity. I will fail because I'm human. But I'm giving it everything I want to be a good friend a trustworthy person.
